Sophomore Class Dues of $5 are due by Wednesday, November 21. After
November 21, dues will be $10. Dues may be paid to Mr. Selvage in Room 107.

This website features lesson plans and reference information for my classes.
Fundamental to all of my courses is the philosophy that students learn best
by doing. Therefore, you will find an abundance of projects and activities all
designed to help students master content.
At the left side of this page, you will find links to lesson plans and
activities for my current and former courses as well as a wide variety of
focuses on the period from Industrialization to the present. Students in this
course develop the knowledge and skills needed to be successful on the Social
Studies section of the Ohio Graduation Test (OGT).
World Cultures focuses on the period from
1750 to the present. Students in this course develop knowledge and skills needed
to be successful on the Social Studies section of the Ohio Graduation Test (OGT),
which they will take in the spring of their sophomore year.
Sociology is the study of human group behavior.
Students in this course learn basic sociology concepts and then apply them to a
variety of situations.
Psychology is the study of human behavior.
Psychologists seek to explain why we behave the way we do. Students will learn
some of the basic ideas that psychologists have developed about human behavior
and how to apply those ideas in their lives.
